PROFITABILITY:
The guaranteed return of the hotel will be 3.5% per year for the first 5 years. At the same time, the entire return for 5 years will be paid one year after the investment, corresponding to 49,000.
The client is entitled to stay up to 4 weeks per year throughout the program, divided into 1 week in high season, 1 week in mid-season, and 2 weeks in low season.
The hotel will start operating at the end of 2025. Construction and renovation will begin at the end of 2022.
