This quinta consists of wide terraces and a ruin of a house that partly consists of granite stones. This former house consists of two floors and has a registered area of 91 m². The quinta is south oriented.

Electricity, water and fiber optic are about 400 meters from the quinta. There are also three private water sources and a stream runs along the site. If these water supplies are not enough, then drilling a well can also be considered.

The quinta has an area of approximately 4.5 hectares. Much of it consists of spacious, level terraces that are easy to reach and work on. In the past, the land was mainly used for agriculture. A relatively small part of the space is taken up by rocks. At the moment there are mainly (young) oak trees and a single olive tree and a fig tree.

The quinta is located just outside Vila Nova de Oliveirinha. The accessibility is good via a paved road. Vila Nova de Oliveirinha is a small village with a cafe. Tábua and Oliveira do Hospital are about 10 km away. These are places where all important facilities are available such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, hospital (Oliveira do Hospital), schools, library, bus station and weekly market. The larger cities of Coimbra and Viseu are approximately 65 and 55 km away respectively. The Serra da Estrela mountains and the beach are about an hour away.
