This quinta has a ruin whose walls are largely built of beautiful, imposing granite stones. The ruin has 2 floors and a floor area of approximately 70 m². The owners are busy registering the ruin and the intention is to register it as a residence (the house has been occupied in the past).

Currently there are no facilities, but electricity runs close to the site. A bore hole is probably the best option for water and a septic tank will have to be constructed for drainage.

The quinta has an area of approximately 3.4 ha, consisting of flatter and steeper parts.
Specifics?
The quinta has a lovely view at the beautiful mountains of the Serra da Estrela and the Caramulo. The river Mondego is within walking distance (approx. 800 m.)
Where is it?
This quinta is located a few hundred meters from the village of Ázere. Accessibility is good via a well-maintained sandy path. Ázere has a cafe and a grocery store.
The small provincial town of Tábua is about 5 km away. All the important facilities are available here, such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, schools, library, bus station and weekly market. The larger city of Coimbra is about 70 km away. The Torre, where you can ski in winter, is at about a 50-minute drive.
